I posted this late on the Dean's List Advice thread, so I thought I would put this in a more visible place. Here's my previous comment:
Hi, I'm been nominated for Dean's Award this year as well. My team is relatively young and I am the first girl to be nominated by our team. I was wondering, what the proper attire is for Dean's interviews for the gals? Any other recommendations would be appreciated as well!
Thanks in advance, SRP

Proper attire is your team look/uniform. From my experience, very few students dress up for the dean's list interview, and I know all of my students have gone in our normal Friday team uniform. Show up and show your spirit and enthusiasm - that's what they're really looking for!

The best advice I can give for the Dean's List Interview is to just be yourself. Don't stress the interview too much, and don't worry about what specific things to say. Talk about the things you're passionate about, why you're involved in the FIRST program, what you intend to do in the future, and how FIRST helped you find that future path.
Just keep that in mind, and you'll rock it! :D

Congratulations on your nomination!! Wear whatever you feel comfortable in! I know many students like to dress up in business casual clothing that is also team colors. I think it helps some students feel comfortable in the 'interview' setting. This is what I personally did, but really however you feel comfortable is the best!
The judges are there, volunteering their time, because they want to talk to exemplary FIRST students like yourself, and because they genuinely want to know about you, what you do, what you are passionate about, etc., so what you wear is an incredibly minimal part of the whole thing, just go into the interview as you!

There is now a Facebook group for anyone who is a Dean's List Finalist in 2016. It's called "FIRST Dean's List Finalist 2016."
