Very cool! The Control Alt Delete one made me laugh out loud, especially since I'm always having to tell my computerly-challanged co-workers to do this. I always have to tell them to reboot as well, one co-worker so much that I finally put a sticky note on her computer that says "If first you don't succeed, reboot."

Yeah! Where's the robotica!
I'd really like a shirt with a larger version of that little picture Evulish has with his signature. You know the one that says "Got Bot?" Lol....That just tickles me every time I see it. You might want to think twice about that one though. I have a strange sense of humor.
Oh yeah, I like Elgin Clocks too...."Drive your robot like you stole it!" Yeah baby, yeah.

Do you have anything for the "Save the PNEUMATICS!" campaign going on in the "FIRST hintint at the 2003 game?" thread? LOL!
I guess that market would be limited to FIRST people though.

Too bad you don't have a maternity line.
When I was carrying my first child, I got sick and tired of people looking down at my round belly in amazement ans stupidly asking"Are you pregnant?"
I finally had a T-shirt printed up that said:
"I'm not pregnant. I'm stealing a watermelon!"
It beacme a favorite among family and friends. Whenever anybody got pregnant they asked if they could borrow it. It got a lot of wear.

Wow did I miss this subtle hint before or what?!?!?!?
Ok, I am officially giving you permission to use
"Drive your robot like you stole it!!"
Even though it was derived from a bumpersticker for a car, It works well in this application as well!!
I want something with that on it, so be sure to let me know when the merchandise is available!
Maybe I'll think of a cool graphic to go with it as well!!

1 - These threads are really, really annoying. If people are interested in new product, I think they can find it themselves.
2 - Cafepress.com's quality sucks eggs. Really.
3 - These aren't even creative.

Trust me, I AM TRYING!!!!!
Who bought those "Drive Your Robot Like you Stole it" Shirts? My sales report says a couple people did!
If you want send me a pic of you wearing the shirt, and I will post it on my website!
Your hacker gear page is rather oxymoronic. Stop crime by hacking back??? Hmmm.... Hacking = illegal. Fight crime with crime?
Don't get me wrong, I think it's great that you are trying to succeed. But, RadioShack is a registered trademark. Your modification of their logo for personal profit borders copyright law. And then the hacker stuff. Not very intelligent.
I'm fairly certain if you marketed that and became successful enough so that RadioShack would notice, they could sue you and win. A precedence has been set in cases like this.

Hey I had a horrible idea for a bumper sticker...
It would say "I love pot!" and then next to it would be a picture of a potentiometer :p

And 'Radiosuck' is not an infringement of copyright laws AFAIK. It falls under free speech as a parody. For the most part...as long as it is an obvious joke/parody, it is considered legal. Read about that somewhere...

A quick search on google came up with:
http://www.publaw.com/parody.html
Google results:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=parody+copyright+law&spell=1
Don't have time (or attention span, at the moment) to read them now... but go right ahead :)
Hacking = illegal
hacker != cracker
I won't repeat what most of you have heard many times before, but I don't want it to go unattested that the word hacker has a connotation of crime. Now, it may to a lot of people, but not to most techie people. Hackers = good, crackers = bad.
Stephen, JAPH :)
(*cough* Just Another Perl Hacker *cough*)
I know that...
But hacking = cracking according to your so-wonderful Patriot Act Legistration (thank your senators for that one... you could get sentenced to death for this little deed).
Walking the fine line of selling parody item is a tricky one. If you want to do it, then fine. I just wanted to help you by giving you fair warning...
http://www.usip.com/articles/parodytm.htm
The courts haven't made up their decision in this sector. The first example they couldn't make up their mind. The second example, they said no infringement. The third example, they said infringement. The lesson here is that "Parody" won't always work in court. It works when money isn't involved. But when money is.... that's a different question.
Though, you shouldn't worry about this at all. I'm sure the profits you make are far less than RadioShack's legal fees.
But anyways... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get this thread off topic...
*edit* Bad judgement on my part... wrong joke to soften the mood.

Hey Wetzel, I usually dont criticize other posts. But i think that last one was kinda crude and inappropriate even if it was a joke. We are supposed to be above that at FIRST. Katie is a nice person and deserves respect.
