With the registration of 5496 from Vacaville, CA this week, 30 teams will be playing Stronghold at Taco Bell Arena! Should be an opportunity to get in 12 or so qualification matches per team.:yikes:
Good luck to all and see you on the battlements.

701 and 3250 both had strong showings at Sacramento last week. I expect them to do even better in Idaho. We'll be watching!

Team 4009 is excited to come to the first Idaho Regional all the way from Duluth, MN. After over 20 hours on a bus we're only 3 hours away! Good luck to all the teams competing! We look forward to competing with a field of all teams we've never played with before.

Shout out to all of the CA teams that will be attending. Like Mike said 701 and 3250 had a great weekend at Sacramento, and I'm looking forward to watching your teams on the live stream!

Good luck to you and all the teams attending in your inaugural Idaho Regional. I hope you are getting some help from that alumni of mine up that way.
the NASA link for the webcast isn't functioning, and The Blue Alliance is not broadcasting, either. If anyone has a functioning link for the Idaho Regional webcast, please post it! Thanks, and good luck to all the teams competing this week.

I miss seeing 2122 at our California events :( you guys always have an interesting robot.
Confirmed with the site manager at NASA- the Idaho Regional webcast will go live for qualifications but is not working for the practice rounds. The link is:

The webcast is actually up for practice matches, but it tends not to switch to cameras during the practice matches. So audio only for most of them...
I hope this is just because it's practice day.

Dude. Your pit setup. Just wow.
Teach us please. PM me any advice you deem necessary for rookies RE: pit rules, design, functionality of the pits, or whatever else.
Thanks for the inspiration either way.

I am now curious. Do you have a picture on hand you could show?

Please note, 3309 is not at this event. Theirs is the pit he is referring to. I'm also a 5499 mentor, which is why I'm watching the webcast. Anyone watching should keep an eye out for them :-)
Here is a 2015 photo. Similar this year.

Even if you are not competing, that is a very cool pit setup!
