Hello FRC Community,
Just wanted to share some potentially helpful information.
For our shooter gearbox we currently run two 775 pros into a custom gearbox using the 60T 32DP steel Andy Mark gear for our bull gear am-0927. For pinions we have been using the 15T 32DP steel pinions from Andy Mark am-0896. For anyone who recently has been looking to buy spares or maybe make a gearbox redesign you have learned that Andy Mark is out until late April. That being said I located a supplier who sells a high strength carbon steel replacement with the exact same specs minus the shaft hole diameter i.e., 15T, 32DP, 0.46875" pitch diameter (called the manufacturer (http://www.robinsonracing.com/catalog/5mm_pinion.html#86xx) to confirm this). The shaft hole is 5mm which is fine for 775 model motor as you need to drill to press fit on a 0.25" shaft.
