Hey Delphi,
I have been scouring the earth for a spare Kangaroo Plus. We acquired a Kangaroo Plus from Newegg before they went out of stock and it works great. We desire another one as a spare because if the one we have now breaks, we are in a world of hurt. We need the version with 4GB of RAM (the original release of the device had 2GB).

I understand these units are popular for home theater PCs so I've been posting in AV and home theater forums trying to find one and I even have a regular 2GB Kangaroo coming in from eBay just in case. I wanted to ask the Delphi community if anyone had purchased a Plus and decided not to use it.

I will cover your full purchase price and shipping. If you have one you are willing to part with please message me here or email me at s.j.yanczura@gmail.com Thank you and good luck to everyone as the season grinds on!!

Good move securing a backup. Our Kanagroo overheated at UNH this year and we had to scramble to get a laptop up and running.

Didn't know the Kangaroo Plus was a thing.

We have two Kangaroo's (non-plus) and experienced overheating after running 8-10 minutes of our vision processing. We've since added muffin fans to the vent slots on the sides of the unit. This appears to mostly solved the issue.

Onboard vision.

Yep. Takes the load off the rio so it can focus on robot tasks and the Kangaroo targets the goal.
