Thanks,

Rookie All-Star, winning the event, Regional Chairman's Award, Engineering Inspiration, and if anybody qualifies twice the finalist alliance at that event can get wildcard bids.

Is that it?
Is that it?
That's all of them. 6 teams qualify at any given regional. (Wildcards cover when someone takes two of those spots.)
Unless you're in a district system, where things are somewhat different... But that's (mostly) based on points you earn during the season. There's also the waitlist, but that's not an award.

I believe there's a max and min for each award and how many they take. For example, NE District Champs takes 2 teams for Engineering Inspiration, etc.

District championships have very different rules than regionals. The 7th came from the wildcard going to a backup at that event.
New England sends multiple CA and EI winners, as well as the event winners and many teams off of points.

The min max is listed in Section 7.4.4 (https://firstfrc.blob.core.windows.net/frc2016manuals/AdminManual/FRC-2016-admin-manual-07.pdf)of the Admin Manual if you're wondering.
