I got bored and made a pretty simple Animed .Gif file for my team. Anyone else make one? I used this really simple program called "Animato". Download it here - www.lakeclear.com

CoffeeCup makes a GIF animator too. I haven't tried it but I've heard it's all right. www.coffeecup.com

For simpler gifs, use Animation Studio 3 which is bundled with JASC Paint Shop Pro. However, if you're doing any hardcore graphical, professional, animations, Flash MX!!!

Yeah, I have Image Ready (along with a loooot of Adobe software) though for gif, Animation Studio is nice. Because when you really want something of high quality, you want Flash MX anyway.

i don't know how to use flash so that doesn't really help me. some of my friends are really good at it and you can make some amazing stuff. oh yeah, i also tried the win32 gimp 1 year ago or so and it kept crashing, and since i killed my linux partition, its kinda hard to use it :)

Animato is for the flash ignorant, and for those who don't have Animation Studio, or anything like that... It's really cool like a paint program that goes frame by frame.
Oh yeah I got bored and made a cartwheeling guy.

Actually, I don't like complexity that much. I much more prefer stuff like what I made below:
Btw, that Mac font isn't free... took me 1/2 an hour to copy and paste fragments of it and size it down correctly.
