Another task that I've been putting off for the longest time, that took 10 minutes to do... doh.

I added the ability to update your White Papers entries.

This is especially good for those of you who are uploading programs & such that have newer versions coming out very often. (ie: RoboEmu, scoring programs, etc).

So. Here's how it works.

Upload Paper (initial upload)
--- hours, days, weeks, months go by --
Click 'Update' to upload a new file, and be given the chance to update the title/description.
Both the old version and new version disappear until the new version is approved.

Once the update is approved, it will show up at the top of the white papers list.
If the update is rejected, for some reason, the old one will be put back up.

Let me know if you find any bugs or anything; I've only tested it a few times, real quick.

Man, you are really on top of things. It's cool you do so much for us and CD. How 'bout a search feature for the White Papers?

Thank you very much! I just "updated" RoboEmu, so hopefully everything works out right! Thanks again for all the hard work.

WOW...two minutes to approve an update. Nice work and thanks once again. BTW, everything seems to have worked correctly!

That, unfortunately isn't an easy 10 minute task. I'll probably end up waiting until vb3 is out, so I can see if they improved their code at all. I may end up re-writing the white papers slightly, so it can be categorized. (ie: General, Technical, Programming, etc) But, again, that will be way off in the future.

Oh, and I would also make the image gallery searchable at the same time.
