Design Curriculum Help

With CMP over it is time to look towards the next year. I am in charge of the design team and I am wondering what is should do for training. I have no experience with design training because I was self taught.

I have checked 1114's resources and they are a little dated. Help find things would be appreciated.

CAD tutorials, Physics crash courses, and design notebooks would be great.

Also, 1114's Simbot Solidworks Series (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZSBCFzgjh4&list=PLG_KOHBuXHNfpa1N23ZJfAHsCVbe3fpXG) are less than a year old and do a great job as well.
