Some one can teach me Vision Processing with labview?

Some one can teach me how to perform vision processing with NI Vision Assistant or anything like this?

The easiest way is to use the examples that ship with LabVIEW. The example for this years game worked with no modification. You set up the camera add the LabVIEW example code and you are off and running. If you look at the menu bar in LabVIEW and go to help find examples and look for vision. It is all there.
