I believe the RSL is the Allen-Bradley 855PB-B12ME522 according to an old Reddit thread which should help you, but I do not know a great place to get it.

A robot safety light(RSL) is included in the Kit of parts most years, if this if for an off-season robot or to replace a broken one etc. you'd probably be best asking teams near you if you can borrow one. Most teams probably have lots of unused/spare lights.

If this is for a competition, then one should be in the kit of parts, or you can ask around other teams.

For off-season events and demos, you can get away with any 12VDC orange, non-flashing hazard/indicator light (eg https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/round-marker-lamps/round-led-truck-and-trailer-lights-2-12-led-side-clearance-lights-w-4-high-flux-leds-2-pin-connector/1085/). We've grabbed them from local auto stores and haven't had a problem.

The only potential issue you may have is the current draw being too high, but with LEDs that would be surprising. (BTW, haven't used the one in the link, but don't see why it wouldn't work)

We used two on our robot for the first time this year. Not because we were tall, but because we were short. The only decent place we could put the light was easily visible from the front, back, and one side, but not the other. We used a signal light from a previous year. We just wired them in parallel from the RSL output on the RIO.

We used 2 due to the fact that we couldn't see the one from behind. We wired the second one into the first one and that has worked just fine.

If two of the "regulation" lights ran off one port on the Rio, I see no way a normal LED could draw too much current, unless there's a big wiring fault...

I ran into this with my personal robots.
I used to have a place I could get these for $30.
No longer have that option.

Bought the yellow LED replacement for the 2 element car blinker and the surface mount socket. Put a terminal strip on the 3 wires all that cost $20 with some shipping.

Been meaning to 3D print a similar base and use a plastic shot glass to make a similar assembly.

PLC Center is not an official distributor for AB products and pretty much sells them at whatever price they can. I've seen them sell stuff for 80% of list cost and 300% above, depending on the condition and if it is obsolete. Generally you can't price many industrial automation components online since the big players (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) only sell through sales reps.
