Looks a bit different from the AP Stats surveys in my school. :) Ours generally have more opinions.

I am really curious whether there is any correspondence between what people answer to the first two and what people answer to the others.

You may want to change the phrasing on the question about the book. I think it comes down to semantics in which everyone might not agree. Also, "Fill up" doesn't really have a well defined meaning.
