When do usually the list of the kit of parts is published?

At kickoff. Apart from the encrypted versions, the only thing released early is the number and size of boxes.

In 2016, the encrypted versions and the KoP list of boxes were released on Thursday before kickoff (https://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=140997). In previous years I seem to recall it was a few days earlier.

We are trying really hard to get something useful in there for 2017. FIRST gave us some guidance and we are getting more input at our event in July (Which you are all invited to: https://goo.gl/Zmq0LW)

Hopefully this will be a good partnership that really benefits the teams and helps us fill a need.
