Hate to break it to you but I do not believe this is allowed. Being your an FRC team and you are selling COTS parts you would be violating this (https://gyazo.com/adf16a97b758bcfb8e2d8c73fe9ff06d) part of the admin manual.
Its a shame and quite honestly seems like a pretty stupid rule to me, but I am sure there is a good reason for it that I just do not understand ATM.

According to this post from this year, it should be fine:
An important point is that as long as the COTS part is generally available from some established vendor somewhere, then it doesn't matter who you actually acquire the part from.
It's only an issue if the part is unique, of limited non-replenishable quantity, not available to a significant number of other teams, that we could run into issues.
Who you purchase a COTS part from (or what dumpster we may dig a discarded COTS part out of) doesn't matter, as long as the same part is also generally available to all teams from some other reliable vendor like McMaster-Carr.
So, if you find bearings on ebay that are also sold by McMaster, then you are good.
So, technically, since all of these are purchasable from an established source such as PowerPole themselves or Andymark, we should be good.
Having bought supplies through Robobees with two different teams in the past, I can vouch for their kits being well-priced and extremely convenient.
