Funding for Germany

Hello all,

I'm working on behalf of team 1134 from Germany. This is there first year in the competition and there having a difficult time obtaining the funding they were hoping for. They've asked iF for help and so I'm now asking you all for help. On our site at www.inspirationinc.org we have set up a paypal donation link. We are asking anyone with a little pocketchange to donate it to Germany. We are forwarding all the money received straight to them. They have signed up for the BEA Granite State Regional, but unfortently still don't even have the money for the registration. I figure if we get $10 from every team, we'll be well on our way. If you can afford more, it will be greatly appreciated. I can't make any promises yet, but I will attempt to get Moe socks and other great TJ collector items for those big donators.

off on a completely different note, i would like to say that i think it is awesome that a team from germany has a F.I.R.S.T robotics team. i think that says a lot about how much the word of F.I.R.S.T if being spread, not only in our country, but around the world. i know that the team from brazil is very good, i talked to them in the pits at nationals. i am hearing about these teams from the UK and from germany for the first time. still though, i think it is a very good sign.:)
