Errors on Creating Project Is There a Way to Remove Them?

I am currently experiencing g++, gcc, and visual studio errors in the PATH when creating a project. I have read that these errors have no real effect on the actual programming, our lead programmer is uncomfortable and unwilling to program in C++ with the errors there. Is there any way to remove/ fix these errors?

I am having this same project, and all these errors seem to refer to a PATH. What is this PATH referring to?
