Local Kickoff Registration

After successfully registering for our first regional yesterday I received the confirmation email from FIRST. The first item in the email says:

"1. Register for a Local Kickoff as soon as possible. Attending a Kickoff will save your team the cost of shipping your Kit, ..."

My question is does anyone know HOW? In the old TIMS system it was straight forward and easy enough to do. In this new dashboard I can find no button that indicates in any way how to register for our local kickoff.

They just updated the registration dates, for 2nd events and kickoffs.
