LabView does not have VI. PLEASE HELP!

To anyone who had experience of issues and solved them as a programmer when installing LabView, I wanted to ask why is it that when I create a new project, none of the .vi are found in LabView, and how to fix it, thanks for the help.

Have you installed the 2016 LabView FRC update (https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-46527)? If so, can you give an example of the name of some of the missing VIs?
