When I try to go to "Edit profile", "Edit options", "Edit avatar" or "Edit attachments" I get a "You do not have permission to access this page.

I noticed in another post someone else had the same problem. Looks like anti-spambot protection.

Yep, due to a wave of spam attacks, a fair number of items had to be blocked off to help stop the spammers. There's a postcount/time restriction as well, IIRC, but I don't know what it is offhand.

But... give it time, and I suspect that when Brandon Martus (https://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/member.php?u=1) sees this thread you might find yourself able to make those edits.
