After tonight's football game of Arizona vs the Seahawks I think the CD community should design and build our own robotic kicking machine to sell to NFL teams then use the money to pay for entry fees.

Maybe it's just because it's Monday morning and I'm sleep deprived from playing Civ all weekend, but I can't make sense of the comment on that video at all.

I was understanding the comment until the last sentence where it lost me.
What's confusing? Joe Nedney made the final FG, Ziggy missed.

To be fair Ziggy was designed more for carnage (https://youtu.be/ns3KVNIsr5E) than kicking field goals....
FUN FACT: At the 41 second mark of the vdeo me, Mark Koors and Andy Baker were on the other side of the glass where that robot got chucked into by Ziggy.

Yea, that's what I was thinking. I wonder if FIRST teams could purpose build a robot that would be better than NFL kickers?
According to this link (http://www.sportingcharts.com/nfl/stats/field-goals-made/2016/) the NFL average for this season is 82.36%

I don't mean to post NFL propaganda on CD, but I'd trust a football kicking robot more to kick a 27 yarder more than Blair Walsh.. :yikes:
