This isn't quite a simulator but I thoroughly enjoyed this tote-stacking app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.technotitans.toteStacker1683&hl=en) for Android from team 1683. At times it was genuinely more entertaining and engaging than watching matches.
