When does the Admin manual come out?

Is it safe to assume many of the awards requirements are the same as last year?

I seem ot remember a post about this that said that it wouldn't come out till the launch day, could be some drastic changes that they dont want to reveal yet?

I think if you go with that assumption you will be "close enough" to feel any time spent towards those awards was worth it.

The Admin Manual was released on December 17th, 2015 for the 2016 season. An FRC blog was released at the same time. I expect similar for 2017.

Oh, and the Chairmans Award has been open for submission for nearly 20 days now (http://www.firstinspires.org/resource-library/frc/submitted-awards).

Idk if this was announced anywhere or maybe a blog post that I missed, I'm surprised at how far below the radar this has flown and how badly formatted the award pages are.

Any Ideas yet? It came out December 17th last year. It's now 2 weeks later, we are approaching build season quickly, and I'm curious. :D Thanks!
