We found the case that is included to print did not work well. I sketched this up and it fit my board perfectly and with not broken tabs.

What exactly was wrong with the provided case that you needed to design a replacement? Would you say the issues were major, or minimal?

In all seriousness, what prompted y'all to want a case for the NavX?

Protection of the board and something to build a fastening system off of ie match holes in AM4U Chassis. The NavX (Micro) does not mount directly to the Roborio.
Very neat! I like your Kangaroo case too.

Could you post the CAD file too? That way I can use the model in my teams robot.

I attached the .ipt part files and .step files to the thingiverse page. I know it can be at times difficult to take a thingiverse .stl thing and get it into Inventer but it can be done. I hope this part works well for all of you.

Thank you. I didn't like how HOT it ran. Runs ice cold now.

I use Solidworks and for some reason it scales stl files to wildly inaccurate sizes.
In all seriousness though just printed this part it fits together very nicely and holds the device very well

The existing navX-Micro enclosure was designed for FTC use, this one seems like a better fit for FRC.
Ok if we put a link to this on the navX-Micro website?

I made some updates to the cover. Better view through the holes to the board, lengthen the standoff to hold the board down snug, and better iD's of what each hole is.
