yay!

i was so bored last night/this morning... :D

now, since we have our own server, should it be running any faster or anything like that? in any case, we can still brag that we have our own server :p.

/me waits for the day that chiefdelphi will need multiple servers to run :)

You may have noticed, during peak hours (evenings, etc) the site ran a little slower.

Now, instead of sharing a machine with 500+ people -- we have dedicated processor, memory, and harddrive on a machine with very few users.

So, to answer your question, the site may be a little faster, yes. And, we have our own 'slice' of a server. Its not a full 100% physical machine dedicated to us. [link (http://www.venturesonline.com/hosting/vps.html)]
