Look at 71's 'walking' bot from last year. One dosn't need wheels/track to move. All you need is an idea.
Wow does anyone have a picuture of it??

i don't have any pictures but i'll explain what it does

It starts in the upright position when te match starts and accelerates on the two weels on the ground untill it hits the goals. Then the "Feet" are activated and it slowly shuffled its way accross the field usually holding all 3 goals.

Wow it looks like a lowrider car in those pictures:). Anyway did it pop a wheelie like in the pictures or did it ride flat on the wheels?

The 'bot started in the upright position, and then fell down to ground level, so that it would be 5' long instead of 5' tall.

Duh they just made it fit in the box how obvious. It still looks like a lowrider car.

Here's a better picture of the walkers, taken at Motorola Midwest Regional.
