Amazon.com now has a limited number of Segways for sale. There are clips of it in action, as well as a NICE technical discussion of the Theory of Operation with cutaway "X-ray" graphics. There's even an "Early Delivery" contest for purchasers, including a tour of the manufacturing plant.
