I don't know of any such scholarships off hand, but you might try the scholarship search at FastWeb.com.

The FIRST scholarship page (http://www.usfirst.org/robotics/2003/scholarshipsummary.htm) has many scholarships listed. Some (such as the ASME scholarship) require that you go into engineering. Others (like the William P Murphy scholarship) apply to science as well as engineering.
And, as always, there are thousands of ways to get scholarships besides FIRST.

As a reminder to all students involved in FIRST...
Include your FIRST activities on college applications. Most schools are interested in students who participate in activities outside the classroom, including clubs, scouting and church groups. It may not seem important now but it can push your application ahead of someone else in the pile of hopeful students. Good Luck in your search.
