Nah, the neopets won't starve to death. My friend never fed his neopets after he first got them (aka for like 2 years now) but they're still alive and "starving". It's a game for little kids, you can't have pets dying...they'll cry :D

Little kids? I know at least 2 people at our school who play it and they are both older than I am.
