regional animation deadline

i am going to the silicon valley regional and need to know when the animation dealine is. i also would like to know how to submit it ex. format, guidelines.:ahh: :confused:

Have you read the rules yet? It's there. Except for the codec, but I'd use Cinepak just to be safe.
