I seem to remember seeing reference to a schematic for the drill gearbox, but couldn't find it searching past threads. Does anyone have an idea for a quick link? Our drill is grinding out of gear and I remember a couple folks playing with it disassembled, and thought it wise to have the drawings (if available) before taking it apart to check it out. Thanks! I believe that "drill gearbox" means the thing attached to the end of the motor, not the mount for the helical gears.
I would check the website of the company that makes the motors, or look around for an inventor model of it.

You can get accurate external demensions off the Inventor files posted by autodesk. At least, I hope they're accurate... They better be, as I made the specs for our dual-motor gear box using them. Anyone have any idea?

The file is "Drill Motor.zip" here: https://folders.buzzsaw.com/2003FRC/Public/Inventor%20Parts/Inventor%20files?Public
