Yeah I know those brush leads are %%%%. They break very easily when any force is applied to them. The odd fact is that the motors still work broken.

yeah, we've had the same type of problem with our drill motors. last night when we were driving one of the brushes came off and destroyed all the fan blades and broke the plastic piece that holds it in

now show me a picture of the wire leads. Hmm shock mounting the motors is probably a must.

The back clip snapped apart when a very minimal force was applied by one of the mentors reattaching a connector.

Ours broke when a mentor was pushing a connector on. The motor still works, but the tab on the back is b0rk3d

We left the wires that came with it on it... I don't know why you would want to change the wires anyways

Your supposed to because the wires aren't the proper gauge.

Oops we broke our first drill motor today.... Some top secret part of our robot hit the one brush, pushed it in, and broke the brush holder and all the fan blades..... GOOD THING THEY ONLY COST 18 bucks

We also over-tightend the plastic motor mounts and they broke in our first week.

I think that the people on the 314 build crew must have really tried hard to break them because ours havent broke yet. Nabil, Matt, Ghram stop whining.<(x)>

Note: The above post is from a disgruntled animator on the Megatron Oracles team 314. He has chosen to post rediculous replies because he realizes that he should've stayed on the build crew. Disregard his post.
