No.

Well, not entirely.

The administrative section of the manual, I believe, dictates what must be in your crate. Anything beyond what is required does not need to be shipped.

However, you must stop fabrication of all parts at 5 p.m., on February 18th. You may begin again when the pits open on the Thursday of the regional you are attending.
