hey guys is there any ritual you go through at every comp, or maybe something you always take with you? if so of course post here..i personally always bring music and my poetry book.

As a driver I brought a cd player last year. It helps drown out the n-snyc songs they have played 20 times in the last hour. I Also bring paper, any goodies i like, and any team stuff I can hand out. And camera's are always good!

we brought DDR last yr... i don't know if we're gonna bring it this yr tho (i hope so)

I bring my digital camera (digi rules...few hundred pics a day...muah), a bottle for water, and my LART (Luser Attitude Readjustment tool...when those pesky freshman get out of hand...it's a 5lb painted sledge.) and I brought my cdplayer once but that was just a pain...didn't use it and almost lost it. It's recommended that you don't bring stuff you can lose into the competition. If it fits in a pocket or is almost impossible to misplace (big yellow and blue hammer...not going to lose that :D). CD players are generally a bad idea, IMO.

I'm just going to bring a camera. Can't go on a trip w/o one... gotta love all of the amusing, random picture that get taken ;)

THis will be the first time going. my team is going to seattle. I think i'm just gonna bring some money and hit up the clubs.

Well, I bring my laptop and mp3 player(Mmmmm...music...), cross-over cable (For those "Whoa, I need that from you!" times), standard network cable (For the "SOAP site needs this, GO!"), leatherman (for those "I NEED A SCREWDRIVER NOW!!!" times), paper and pencils (Never know when that BRILLIANT animation idea is gonna hit ya....yeah...im still hoping for that..). But yeah..standard tech stuff ::shrugs::
Now the real trick will be getting my school to let me check out a
"5 Gig backup module for the iBooks"....aka, iPod

It's all about water.
The fountains are either off or crappy, and to buy water, that isn't very good, costs $3.00.
I bring my own bottled water (its all about coats with big pockets). Maybe I'll get more creative this year to get more in....

Okay, here's the plan. We're going to do the reverse of all current Hydrogen Engines. We're going to take oxygen, and bring hydrogen cells with us. We'll then convert everyday oxygen and the hydrogen cells into water on the fly! Wadda ya think? yeah..its late..sorry..

I'll bring plenty of smuggled food, drinks ace bandaged to my legs ( elastic in the bandages holds them there great ) my laptop, headphones and EARPLUGS, and my leatherman juice

Cashmoney, music, a laptop, my multitool, whatever book I'm reading, and a sense of humor.
I would like to bring this back down to the Nationals.
The Florida winds tore it so it needs repair and it could stand some touching up (I did an awful job on the paw :( ). The lettering needs another coat and maybe I'll try applying a gradiant to the lettering (light gray fade).

I plan on brining the laptop and some games, and if i ever get issued an iPod, I'll bring that too :-D. Hopefully Kevin will bring DDR and someone will bring Gamecube, if it goes that way, nobodys gonna care about the competition anymore :cool:
