well, the one in our kit weighed just under 1 pound when inflated to the pressure spec. I can't remember the exact number...

According to a soccer website the official weight is between 14 and 16 ounces.

I weighed the one that came with our kit, and a ball of a different brand that we bought. Both weighed 14.45 ounces on our scale which has resolution of .05 oz.
