Parallax Stamp DIED!!!

We're using a Parallax PBASIC Stamp for our autonomous controller, feeding data back through the Robot Controller. Our PBASIC stamp quit working today. It works for about 0.2 seconds (measured with an oscilloscope) and only immediately after downloading program code. It will not work when you restart the uP.

I have disconnected all I/O and have a simple look that toggles one bit. Any ideas?

How about trying to trace what the program is doing during the first 0.2 seconds - it looks like you are looping for about 7 loops?
