Does anybody know where to find blank DVD case

Does anybody know where to find a blank DVD case, like the ones on professional movies.

I have seen ones with one disk, but for the animation we need one that has two disks.

Step 1: Buy the special edition Seven DVD.
Step 2: Remove the cover and DVDs.
Step 3: Mail them to me :D
Voila! A blank DVD case.
