I have tried trial accounts, e-mailing, and searching. Has anyone been able to find it? Maybe I'm missing a very obvious solution, but any help would be great.

I know we were having problems as of a couple of days ago....and I think those problems still persist otherwise I don't think we would still be wondering how large the rotating light is.

(NOTE: We are no longer needing that information because someone answered my cries for help in another thread, and we have our answer )
