Chit-Chat Flood Controll

I'm a bit dissapointed that there is now a really big flood-controll on the chit-chat board. Now it seems that if you post to a thread again you are given a message that says to post latter. I know some people like to do a chat in the forum, but does it need to be to the point where I replied to a message at 9 am and I'm still blocked at 2:30 pm?

During the season? .. Yes. It only happens on a few select threads (word association, this/that, etc) so that its not 2 people going back & forth for 3 days straight.

I suppose now, I could lower the limit a bit, since there's less robotics talk now. (Keyword being less, meaning there shouldnt be shift to 99% non-FIRST during the off-season. There's plenty FIRST-related things to talk about.)
