I couldn't decide which forum this would best fit into...but i figured this was as good a place as any.
I know alot of people that wanted to attend the web hug in houston were un able to so why dont we have another one at one of the offseason summer competitions like IRI?
I think if i remeber correctly brandon was going to come down to indy for the competition! So we could even have him there this time! Plus all the people that missed out on the first one and all the people that went but want to goto another could attend...
Just an idea.

We could have an official IRI meeting.
Just need a suggestion on when & where. I know nothing about the IRI and how its set up & scheduled, so .. any suggestions?
Maybe you should make another sub-forum that everyone can use to stalk you, Brandon ;)
...I'd be scared to be you.

Maybe instead of listen-to.com, I should focus my attention to wheres-brandon.com which will track my location day & night, letting you know where you'd be most likely to bump into me. :)

But you can also have it updated in you AIM profile too. Just a simple, painless, injection of a GPS tracker in you butt and your ready to go! Soon there will be wheres-AndyBaker.com, wheres-KenL.com, and wheres-Dean.com....

When are we doing the Indiana Robitcs Picture...or IRP! (ACRONYMS FOR EVERYONE!)
The one we tried to do in houston failed and i think we were going to retry it during IRI at some point...
Maybe we could have it during lunch on one of the days.

Not to be confused with Indianapolis Raceway Park... ;) I supposed we can do it the same time as the webhug or during the lunch.

Im not exactly sure when they would be able to have this thing on Saturday.... Saturday lunch would get too busy because thats when allience selections are....and afterwards everyone will be tired, in a hurry to go home and cleanup is going to start...
Soooooo if this was to happen, Friday night after the hog roast would probably be the only time that it could be fit into the schedule...

From the IRI info website:
7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Dinner
8:00 p.m. Q Matches End
8:15 p.m. Other
I'm not sure what 'other' is, and matches don't end untill 8, so 8:30-8:45ish sounds like it would be an ideal time if people still want to do this.

Do we want to say 8:30, then? I think that would be a good time. How about we meet at those picnic tables by the concession stands at 8:30.

Let's do it while we're all shoving pig down our throats, then it can go on the FIRST website, it's be a beautiful promo shot. :D

Anytime is fine as long as everyone can show up to it, and it's well advertised. I know a lot of people simply forgot about them, and even more people stop reading chief delphi anymore. Not to mention it's summer time.
I request that something be written at the IRI web page, as well as some sort of flyer to all teams when they come in Friday morning.
Otherwise it's going to be the 10 people who posted in this thread ;). Not too much fun, considering the people already know each other already.

I can just see it now - "FIRST inspires the youth of today to pursue careers in science and technology ... and shove pig down their throats." :p
