The answers to yesterdays questions were The Ford Model-T and Raiders of the Lost Arc. M. Krass got both of them right for a total of 300 points.

A quick recap of the rules: As an attempt to become less of a stranger to this place and to spur a little life into CD, I am now officially starting the first (or FIRST) daily Jeopardy column. The rules are simple: every day, I'll ask a question, and give it a point value. The first person to post with the correct answer will gain that amount of points. Occasionally, I'll toss out a bonus relating to the question which, unless otherwise noted, only the answerer can take (of course, if he answeres the basic question wrong, the bonus is still up for grabs assuming you can answer that basic question). The correct answer will be posted in the next day's thread (please, no bumping up past threads once they're dead). Most of these won't be robotics related, and a lot of the questions won't have anything to do with science. I'll run this through May and see how it does. I'd kinda like to make it an everyday thing. Since I couldn't get this done yesterday, I'll run two today.

For May third: Here's one for the math types out there. Can you tell me what the ratio of a circle's circumference to it's diameter is called? I'll give you 200 points if you can.

Pi

I only glanced at the rules.
I hope I'm not breaking any.

Two things...

1) Should this take off, there will be a sub-forum in Chit-Chat. These could pollute (for lack of a better word) the Chit-Chat forums and take over.

2) If the "answers" aren't requred to be in the form of a question (in true Jeopardy form), should this maybe be called 'FIRST Trivia'?

1) Okay, that would be so cool. If you can do that, then thanks in advance.

2) Good point. I used FIRST Jeopardy since Jeopardy is the most recognized quiz show around. Maybe I should have the answers in the form of a question...

Oh, and Jim is right with his answer.
