I'm working on this image: http://www11.brinkster.com/ravensoftware/show.htm
And was wondering if any of you could please tell me what you think.
[EDIT: Fixed the link]

The picture is alright.. if I were you I'd make the area around the people darker.. the picture itself is way too bright. You're off to a good start on it though.

Thanks. I'm just starting PS right now, that was just made because I wanted to mess w/ the plug-ins. I'll work on that though.
well its hard to give input to you about this picture without knowing what it is or supposed to be...

It's not really supposed to be anything, I was just messin around w/ PS7's plug-in's and was wondering what people thought about it, what they might want changed.
are we looking for artistic input?
the problem with the (photo?) is that it has no focal point. my eyes track back and forth between the two girls, and get confused. simply speaking, it'd be nice if there was one simple place where i'm supposed to be looking.
yah, its too bright blah blah blah, especially making for a weird contrast with the border? (if you cropped the outside then played with the contrast a little it might feel bette) as is it feels sort of washed out. the more i stare at it, the weirder it looks, because you'd expect it to look surreal or something, but to me it just looks plain WEIRD... dunno what to do about that..
also, what is it a photo of? it confuses me.

If my friend (the girl on the left) sent me one w/ just her, it'd be that way (hopefully).
Well, the brightness is because I ment for it to be like that.
The photo is of my friend and her sister on the beach (it has an "angelic" look to it [bright, water-walking effect]). I just used a few filters in photoshop 7 to do this.
Hi
First, I would sharpen the image of the
young girl on the right. Leave the one on the
left ghost like.
Than I would crop out as much of the sides
as possible to get rid of the bright white
areas. Make the x dim shorter than the y dim.
My first thought of this picture was a
friend and her ghost.
I like it.
