Mensa says (http://www.us.mensa.org/news_media/mediakit/MatterGenius.pdf) that the scoring of each IQ test is conducted differently, so unless you care to specificy a test or, instead, ask for the proper percentile, I think you should dismiss this question.
And, hey, for what its worth --
What is:
Scores above 135 on the Stanford-Binchet IQ test fall into the top 1% of all scores. They do not use the term "genius" as a classification.
