Did anyone record the Science Channel video of the 2003 season? We have no one on the team that has digital cable. If you have a vhs copy would you be willing to send me a copy for your costs?

I would also like a copy of any footage of the 2004 game.

the special on the 2003 season is probably sold by discovery channel, as are most of their shows.

Do you mean the Discovery Channel video would do "enuf" for you, or you still want any video?

Sorry...I don't think Dean's released that yet. :)

If you're looking for ANY footage of the 2003 game, go to the Soap 108 (http://www.soap108.com/) website. They've got a lot of digitized video from the 2003 game posted.

I'd pay for shipping and a video too if someone has it. But if the science channel does sell it, does anyone have a link? I can't find it! GRRRRR!

I think there's a lot of us here that would kill for any real info about the '04 game.

First, I'm assuming you mean the 2003 video, not 2004.

I do have the tape. Kinda cool that when the narrator said, 'stacking' while describing the game, it showed our robot in Chesapeake, stacking.

I will see if I can have the tape digitized at school into avi or mpeg format, and then upload it. Problem is, where?

pNavy (http://www.pnavy.com) will host nearly anything and everything, free. And there's no mB limit.

Er, Photo Navy hosts -> Photos. And er, you could definitely fit a lot of good quality photos in 400-500mb of space. :)

They host a whole bunch of stuff, including mpeg's.

ahh.. if you want to put up a large vid file dealing with first, ya can let me know.

FSN has a crap load of space/bandwidth & could shell a bit of it out to hosting first things of the such.

I have a copy of the tape, however, I don't think it truly represents first.

I HAVE THE DIGITIZED VIDEO NOW

It is 592mb and thus, I will need a server with that much space and a lot of bandwidth. PM me or e-mail me if you have the space/bandwidth. And no, private servers managed on one's own ISP are not ok.

I don't' have anything at the moment, but nothing will stop me from finding the space....

Started uploading...

Jack said he allocated 20gb of bandwidth so er, if you you can send it to people on your team, do that rather than having all team members dl from fsn.
