my unoffical USFIRST programs (http://first.shorturl.com)
Do you like the new design I gave it? Please tell me what you think if you vote.
Thanks.

With underlined text generally used for hyperlinks, your site may confuse people when they mouseover paragraphs and other text.
Other than that, its nice & clean.

I didn't really think about that during the design. I'll wipe up something to fix that.

I kinda misvoted, should have put 50/50, but I don't think i can change my vote. :(
Nice and simple, but it looks compressed at the top of the page, mabye space it out a little vertically. It also looks a little empty, i don't know if you were going to eventually fill it with info, but it looks kinda blank. Also I highly suggest more contrast colors. http://forums.chiefdelphi.com/showthread.php?t=20866
Are you using php/asp/etc, or is it just straight html?

Are you using php/asp/etc, or is it just straight html?I'll add some spacing. It would less empty IMO if I had a lot of stuff to actually add. I'm currently trying to think of a better design also...this was just thrown together pretty fast. Coloring isn't my strong point, so thanks for the link ;)
I'm doing it in pure HTML. Brinkster (my host), only allows ASP scripting, otherwise I'd be going with PHP. Since I really don't like ASP, I don't use it (plus, it uses up even more space even if you just have the extension .asp and no ASP code in the page).
I'll make those changes tomorrow or Sunday.

Ok, I'm gonna work on a new design for the site. Thanks again for all the input though :)
