It's snowing here in Rhode Island! It started around 16:00, and we have about 2 1/2 inches right now. We're due for about 5-8 inches. Where else is it snowing?

Ball State University is overcome by slush rain that is coming down, going into everyone's eyes, and making the bottoms of everyone's jeans wet.
I hate it.

Well, it has hardly snowed yet here up in Canada, in Montreal at least. We had a really light dusting this morning, though.

First snow of the year... we have had snow out here on the west coast for over a month. Im surprised that none of you east coasters have gotten snow yet.

Ruined my weekend.

It doesn't snow here in Redondo :(
Nor here in San José.
We got snow here and it is still falling (started last night). It is supposed to only get worse and end tomorrow evening.
We have snow here on LI. And seeing as I live about 20 to 30 minutes from Matt Krass, it ruined my Friday night as well (yeah, sometimes I actually go out on Fridays, scary thought, eh? :p).
Leaving school was fun today. Apart from "rescuing" my brother from math (we have the same math teacher, different classes, different grades, so it was ok), because seniors who drive get to leave early (along with illegally smuggled younger siblings/friends), driving home was tons of fun! None (or almost none) of the seniors, including me, have driven in snow before. Hilarity, as well as a lot of money thrown down the drain, ensues...
Word of warning, if you ever have to drive in the snow for the first time, don't do it in a minivan, and don't do it when they haven't plowed the streets yet. I only [i]almost[i] hit one person though, which is better than Dan can say (hehe, lack of ABS is funny... :p).
Hopefully tomorrow, once it stops snowing, I'll be able to get out and play in some of it, but who knows. I just hope it stops snowing, so my parents let me go out :D.

I don't like Michigan weather.
We had snow, but it was flurries and nothing stuck.
At least I know we'll have a big snow storm later on in the year - we always do...

I live in the Poconos M-F... and we had a light flurry.. but no more as of the time I left today. I live a couple hours north of there, and we haven't had a thing. A bit of a bummer, but I am dealing.
Hmmm. I guess that I shouldn't mention that right now it is about 78 degrees here in southern California, the sun was out all day, and I have been driving around with the top down on the Mustang...

i hope it doesn't snow to much here (manchester, nh). our "first snowfall" resulted in several of my friends getting in accidents (one getting his car totalled, and one other mildy injured).
i love the weather reports so far. we are getting between 1 and 30 inches of snow. really specific, huh?

Update: we're at about 6 inches right now, and due for more throughout the weekend. Of course, as I stare at the weatherbug, the AWS is saying it's 33° as I type, so this should be pretty interesting.
Bah! SATs were cancelled all over Long Island! Normally, this would be a good thing, but I still wanted to retake them once before college apps went out... NOT ANY MORE >:O >:O >:O
One of my friends was supposed to take a lot of her SATII's today because she was tied up with research and personal matters last month and the month before. She's in real big trouble now -- she's applying to several schools in California, and California doesn't really know what snow is, so they don't care about her situation. =(
Yepp. Yesterday it snowed about 6 inches, stopping about 10-ish at night, here in North Brunswick. I woke up this morning and lo and behold it is snowing again. Reminds me of the time I had to stand out in the snow with the robot to 'cool off the Chiaphua motors'...But that's a different story for an entirely different day.

Er, well... In Ithaca, the first snow of the year was about a month back. The biggest snowstorm so far was this Tuesday... buses were 20 min late and we went down Route 13 to school @ 9mph (police sign thing was showing everyone's speed)... 12 buses were 1/2 hour late, but as usual, our school district had school while every other school within 50 miles was closed. We've written letters to the superintendent to change this, but she's a [fill in the blanks].
Started snowing again here last night. Finished plowing the driveway 1/2 hour ago.. Since then snow's gotten more intense and a little bit windier. Only good thing about this is that the local ski resort opens today :) :)

I wanted to snow here in Michigan but all we got was flurries. I've been ready for it to snow for about two months. I wanna go snowboarding.

We(Toronto) go snow last Monday, it was about few inches :( (I want more).

It is way too cold here for Florida. (Martin County) It is like around 70 degrees. It should be like 90. My parents said that when they were up north, they would turn off the air conditioner and open the windows. So we tried that. I always wondered why they bother building windows that open. I think it is warmer with the windows open then with the air on. My family is coming down so they can go to the beach. I don't know how they can in this type of weather.
Here in Delaware, we have about 7 inches on the ground.
Its snowing like mad here in Manchester NH

I WANT SNOW HERE IN IL!!!! :WAH:
There are a lot of lowered imports with body kits here and I want to charge them 50 dollars to get them un-stuck! (and if they sit low enough - just push them and they can be my plow for the front of my Jeep and i'll still get them to pay me!!!)
Man I'm evil. I just love to go 4 wheelin' in the snow - it's more fun that way!
BTW - out here we have gotten nothing where i'm at. Nothing is sticking. Just the pond that I over look in my apartment is starting to freeze...:(

I used to drive around Virginia in the middle of February with the top down all the time (and sometimes still do). My college room mate would scream bloody murder about it, and yell at me that I was nuts to do that and was going to freeze. My response: "that's what heaters are for!"

I guess I should of remained quiet last night. I retract my statement. ;) It has been snowing like made here all day... started sometime during the night. It let off for a bit, but started in even more fierce around 4 pm. Sure is beautiful here in the Endless Mountains. :D

I too have spoken too soon. It is now snowing here in Montreal, and windy too, and the temperature with wind chill factor is -17°C (that's about 15°F).

Dave,
Can you still rent Mustangs? I miss the days when you could rent a 5.0 Mustang GT from Hertz. Next time you're around, remind me to tell you about the time I "caught" a purse snatcher with my 5.0 Mustang GT rental :D

It's snowed a few times here in Ann Arbor, but it hasn't stuck at all. It hasn't snowed enough or been consistently cold enough to do that.

We had a few inches a few days ago, but it came down 1/2 melted and eventually melted all away in a few days. I wish I was on the east coast.....I lub snow! :p

I hope you heard every evil thought I sent your way this morning when I was dealing with my frozen windshield wipers and my tires being encased in ice... and remember, when I'm thinking evil thoughts, snowballs are the least of your worries...

eheheuee... that would have been no problem for me... I've got this nifty little ice scraper that you plug into your cigarrete lighter jack and it has an iron inside that warms the whole thing up. Ice just melts away... eheheue
