Hi. You can now upload pictures to our Picture Gallery (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/pictures.php). This includes Who-Am-I pictures as well. As always, there are probably a few bugs. Let me know if anything isn't working.
The 'Edit' functionality will be back eventually. I have other things to work on this evening, and then early next week I want to get White Papers uploads working.
