We're having one of those theme week thingies again. Except this time, the entire theme was submitted by one of our neighbors to the north (unless you're Canadian (or from Detroit as we proved a few months ago), in which case, he's just a neighbor), Pat Fairbank. He can't answer during this theme, but for the rest of you, we have five questions on Canada. For 100, this hockey team became the Colorado Avalanche.
