I released i-Gear(English) in the Gears library of First Cad Library (http://www.firstcadlibrary.com). This i-Part allows you to define your own gear design so if you put in data that doesn't make sense (like a bore that is bigger than the OD of the gear) then it will blow up. I'll release a metric version and a version with hard coded "Boston Gear" specs after kick off.

I also posted a few other parts along with all of their variations. I'll get as many of the new kit parts as I can out over the next couple of weeks.

If any of you non-Inventor users need a particular spur gear generated, send me the specs and I'll post it for you.

I'll be at the Altanta Kick-Off ........ :yikes:

a bit off the topic... but mr. sparks are all the firstcad library parts made by u? or do u take submissions? i have the 2004 field pretty much done...but dimensoins will need treaking. i would be honored to help in any way :D

Thanks matt111 but I'm going to keep this site "In-House" for now. I'm thinking about opening things up for next year.
