hmm.. You might have figured it out... But I'm still confused as to what generate_pwms() is all about. I can't find any documentation on it. Any help?

Generate_Pwms(pwm13,pwm14,pwm15,pwm16);
lets you update pwms 13-16 directly from your code at a faster rate (2ms) than the first 1-12 (updated through the Master uP).

It's very essential if you're going to be using PWMs 13-16.

No. You don't have to use them. If they an't used you don't need the Generate_pwms call.
