I am just wondering is there any limit for air tank and air cylinder?
( PLEASE GIVE ME A RESPONSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE )

You can only use the two air tank, and 5 pneumatic cylinders.

And one more thing, are we allow to use any size of the pneumatic cylinders???

In team update #3, it clearly say that

"Many of you have asked about the number of cylinders allowed on the robot. The correct number is 5 NOT 7 as perviously stated on the message boards.

The 4 additional cylinders that can be ordered are FREE. Even UPS freight is FREE. Airfreight will be billed to either a credit card or shipping account number."

You may only order the cylinders in the FIRST Custon Cylinder order form. The Bore sizes are only 3/4", 1.5", and 2" diameter, and stroke length ranging from 1/2" to 12".

You have to get them from the FIRST source.

They are not really that expensive though. If you need them tomorrow, order the same size from McMaster.com and then use them until the real shipment comes in.

The ones from McMaster are the same size and performance (as far as I can tell) but are made by a different manufacturer.

Are we allow to buy four 2" Bore air cylinders from Parker? and Are we allow to use two main 60psi regulators from Norgren?

I don't now the manufacturer of the 2" cylinders, the smaller cylinders shipped to us were Bimba's, but if Parker is the manufacturer, I suppose it is legal to buy them directly from Parker.

As to using multiple 60 psi regulators, I suppose this in NOT legal.

If they were in your box of pneumatic parts, then go right ahead, otherwise, no, you're stuck with what they gave you...

What is the max length of stroke we can use, is it 12"?

The stroke lengths you can use are:

1/2", 1", 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 7", 8", 9", 10", 11", 12".

Although there are some combinations of Bore sizes and Stroke length that aren't available. You want to check the Custom Cylinder Order Form in the pneumatics manual first.
